Had another great client of ours email me today about the Flex EcoPLA™ that we sell and she wanted to share her settings for a 2nd Gen Solidoodle -
Hello,
Some comments about the FlexEcoPLA.
Got the FLEXPLA a couple of days ago and finally managed to make a beautiful timing belt, almost like the original. I just had to lower the speed by 50%, make it no thinner than 0,3mm and a bit of extra grid. No fan (yet). The temperature was 206-208C, the more the better, because low temp causes filament to bend and roll around the stepper mechanism. The quality of the final result is excellent.
Best regards,
